Adapting the latest American Heart Association guidelines for the class, we will safely train your business in CPR, first aid, and OSHA/bloodborne pathogens.
Some of the new AHA recommendations we are following include:
- Comfortable spacing of manikins
- Breathing barriers and first aid supplies for each individual student
- As we have always practiced, equipment is cleaned and sanitized between classes and students.
As always, we will come to you and train you on the day and time to fit your busy schedule. We will train as few as four.

Heartsaver® courses are designed for the lay rescuer. This class includes Adult CPR and AED training. Infant and Child skills may be added for an additional fee. Signs and symptoms of a heart attack and stroke are covered, as well as handling choking emergencies.

Heartsaver® First Aid is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services arrives. Students learn duties and responsibilities of first aid rescuers; first aid actions for medical emergencies, including severe choking, heart attack, and stroke; and skills for handling injury and environmental emergencies, including external bleeding, broken bones and sprains, and bites and stings. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training whom needs a course completion card in first aid to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements.
